What To Include

Account And Data Deletion

Users can delete their SolBo account from inside the app by opening Settings, going to Account, and choosing Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@solbo.app from the email used for your SolBo account and request account deletion.

You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account. Contact support@solbo.app and describe what you want removed, such as a profile photo, task, board, shared-board membership, saved location, notification token, or other account data.

Account deletion removes the account identity, profile data, profile photo, owned boards, owned tasks, saved preferences, push notification tokens, notification settings, and app access. If the deleted account owns shared boards, those boards and their tasks may be deleted completely.

Subscription and payment records may remain with Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment processors when required for billing, refund, tax, legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. Cancel active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play; deleting a SolBo account does not automatically cancel store billing.

Some backup, security, abuse-prevention, support, or operational records may be retained for a limited period when required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

Age And Safety

SolBo is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you believe a user under 13 created an account, contact support@solbo.app so the account can be reviewed and deleted.
