In-App Deletion
Open SolBo, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the deletion when prompted. This starts the account deletion process from inside the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your SolBo account does not automatically cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the current paid period ends.
Email Deletion Request
If in-app deletion is not available or you cannot access the app, email support@solbo.app from the email used for your SolBo account and request account deletion.
What Is Deleted
Account identity, profile data, profile photo, owned boards, owned tasks, saved preferences, push tokens, and account access are deleted. If the deleted account owns boards, those boards and their tasks are deleted completely.
Shared Board Data
If an invited member deletes their account, their profile, avatar, membership, and account access are deleted. Tasks created by that user may be deleted, and references to that user may be removed from remaining shared-board tasks where possible.
Retention
Some records may be retained briefly for security, legal, billing, abuse-prevention, backup, or operational reasons.
